We’re really excited about this solution. Mainly because it feeds so many birds with one seed:
- A customer says they never got the most recent email you sent out
- A customer has lost their receipt, and wants you to resend it
- You want to check where a customer currently is in a course they’re subscribed to
- Much, much more
So what’s the seed? Introducing: a list of every email sent to each and every customer:
From any customer’s drawer, just click on “Emails” to see a list of every email they’ve received from you. You can click the “Resend email” and “Resend receipt” buttons to… you got it.
We hope this means less time doing support for your customers, and more time creating!
